  • Gas temperature: 800°C inlet, 1400°C outlet

  • Valve Body Skin Temperature: 200°C

  • Pressure differential across valves: 60bar

  • Actuation time: 0.1s open, 0.1s close

  • Actuation frequency: 1Hz

  • Allowable leak rate: ~30cc/min (90psi-60psi)

12" Pipe Inline Valve:

  • ​Inlet and outlet for high temperature gas to enter and exit a reactor

  • Gas temperature: 900°C inlet, 1400°C outlet

  • Valve Body Skin Temperature: 280°C

  • Pressure differential across valves: 80bar

  • Actuation time: 0.1s open, 0.1s close

  • Actuation frequency: 1Hz

  • Allowable leak rate: ~30cc/min (90psi-60psi)

  • Inlet for oxident and fuel into combustion chamber​

  • Gas temperature: Room temperature

  • Valve Body Skin Temperature: 100°C

  • Pressure differential across valves: 400bar

  • Actuation time: 0.05s open, 0.05s close

  • Actuation frequency: 1Hz

  • Allowable leak rate: No detectable leaks
